The suit is called "Black Fireworks", a reproduction of one of Elvis' own suits from his 1971 tour.
Al chose the outfit from Canada for it's nice, tight fit and good quality.
"I bought it just to freshen up the look," he said.
The suit is the latest addition to his growing collection of five suits and numerous other outfits.
Al doesn't buy the Elvis suits too regularly, but when he does, he splashes out over $1000 for the perfect one.
The suit is black with accents of green satin around the neckline.
It features showers of golden stud fireworks, which sparkle in the persistent sunlight.
The tight-fitting suit would not be complete without typical Elvis characteristics including flares at the legs and a deep neckline.
Many Elvis fans flock to take photos with Al in his spectacular suit, who in the spirit of the festival, never says no to a photo.
The heat is no object for him, as he says he’s become accustomed to walking around all day and all week in the heat.
Al has been dressing up as Elvis for more than 10 years and enjoys meeting new Elvis fans, as well as catching up with the regulars.
“It's like a big reunion... It's good seeing the locals get involved too,” he said.
