The ladies and mens A and B Grade doubles teams will take to the court first at 9am.
Up first will be the mother and daughter combination Sheridan and Laura Kirk taking on Abbey Kennedy and Holly McColl while wily veterans Owen Jensen and Daya Peiris will need to bring their ‘A’ games when they come up against Jason McKinnon and Andrew Skinner who have been in hard training over the last couple of months.
The Helens in Standen and Magill will be out to make it maybe 10 or 11 club championships in a row when they battle the consistency of the Potts sisters Hannah and Maddye.
New combination Mark Ritchie and Julian Fyfe may cause an upset or two on the day and they come up against defending champions Luke Evans and Andrew Pigram first up.
Young guns Jake Magill and Ben Evans will be waiting in the wings and keen to get on court against any opponent game enough to take them on.
Brenden Weekes and James Beuzeville along with brothers in arms Logan and Taylor Dolbel will get amongst it at 10am as will young stars Maddy McCormick and Olivia Dolbel.
Mixed doubles will follow the ladies and mens doubles after lunch with some interesting match ups-
In the A Grade Luke Evans and Helen Magill will play Jake Magill and Hannah Potts in what could be the biggest upset of the weekend if the youngsters get their games together.
The B Grade will have Brenden Weekes and Holly McColl, James Beuzeville and Abbey Kennedy and the double Dolbel combinations of Logan and Olivia and Taylor and Ellen all keen for some action.
The format will see all A Grade matches Best of three tiebreaker sets while the B Graders will play a Pro Set first to nine games.
Some entertaining tennis will be on display with a mix of youth and experience and spectators are most welcome from 9am throughout the day.
