Deborah was the project officer for the Lachlan Health Service Redevelopment which encompassed the wonderful new hospital at Parkes and the amazing new facilities and refurbishment at Forbes.
Liz Mitchell, Health Services Manager, Lachlan Forbes and Parkes said when Deborah suddenly passed away it was a huge loss to all – her children, her family, friends and many staff.
“Deborah worked very closely with me putting her heart and soul into the project,” she said.
“Parkes was Deborah’s home for more than 22 years and she was fiercely passionate in getting these new facilities right.”
Deborah worked for NSW Health as a Registered Nurse as well as being involved in project work for nearly 40 years, providing care and support to many.
“We created this garden in tribute to the memory of Deborah,” Liz said.
