Game: Kellie Blunden, Brad Alvey, Charlie and Ryder journeyed from Gunnedah on Sunday to see the football at Canowindra,  Of course, they were barracking for Condobolin because Kelly’s son played in their team.

Bingo: A great day was had in Tullamore on Monday where Kelly Dunn arranged a morning of Bingo run by the Royal Far West.  A delightful lunch was served and 14 hands of bingo played.  Jenny Day was also present and did a  few stroke activities which proved very interesting to the ladies.  A big thank you to all the helpers on the day, particularly the kitchen ladies.

Trundle Junior Cricket Club: Primary and Secondary Cricket for 2016/2017 Season.  First game will be on Saturday, October 15 (1st weekend back after the holidays). Training will commence for Primary and Secondary week beginning October 10 (Day to be confirmed). New players welcome. All registration(Milo, Primary and Secondary) has to be completed on line this year. Any questions please contact Geoff Jones 0428 921 292.

Small grants for Rural Communities: The Small Grants for Rural Communities is the longest running and broadest program FRRR offers opening twice per year. Grants up to $5000 are available for projects and activities  that offer clear public benefit for communities  in rural, regional or remote Australia.  Priority is given to communities of 10,000 or fewer.

Barnardos Children’s Support Program: The Barnardos Children’s Support Program(BCSP) provides small grants of up to $5000 per grant to help children aged 4-18 years who are experiencing significant disadvantage. Achieve applications open on August 15 and close on September 30. Trundle Milo in2Cricket: MILO in2CRICKET teaches kids the skills to play Australia’s favourite sport, through fun based activities.  Wednesdays between 5pm-6pm.  For girls and boys aged 5-8. 8-12 week program.  All equipment provided. Swimming Club news: Well it is that time almost again. The Swimming Club Raffle will be out in the shops this week to purchase tickets. First prize: family season ticket. Second prize: a dinner hamper.
