Jonny Diep Pham's nails are cut short and his fingers are long and lean. The fact that he is Australia's reigning nail king – and the winner of so much competition bling that one judge dubbed him "Jonny Tupac" – is not immediately evident as he quietly toils by the front window of the five-bedroom home, where he lives alone, in Liverpool, in Sydney's outer west.
