Police did not know they would be among the last people to see her alive.
Four days later, the 34-year-old mother's body was found burning on a quiet bush track in northern NSW.
Strike Force Faringdon detectives released CCTV images from Logan police station, south of Brisbane, on Monday in the hope someone will come forward with information that may help to piece together her final moments.
Ms Bremer was arrested and taken to the police station last Monday after she failed to appear in court earlier this month on a string of drug-related offences.
She walked out wearing a black jumper with a red T-shirt underneath, black tracksuit pants with white stripes down the side, and bright pink sneakers.
"Anyone with information that may assist investigators, particularly anyone who may have been in the area at the time, is urged to come forward," police said.
The next day, on Tuesday, Ms Bremer spoke to her teenage daughter over the phone.
On Wednesday, after repeated attempts to contact her mother failed, Ms Bremer's daughter made a missing persons report to Logan police.
"Has anyone seen my mum?" she posted on Facebook that day. "Nobody's seen her since Monday its f---ing serious".
A passing motorist found Ms Bremer at 7.30am on Thursday on the isolated Pollards Road at Dulguigan, in far north NSW.
The driver initially thought it was a burning log and stopped to put it out. He then realised it was a body.
Homicide detectives are now piecing together how Ms Bremer ended up dead more than 100km from her home and whether she was killed in Dulguigan, near Tweed Heads, or elsewhere.
Her daughter has posted several tributes on Facebook since the death.
"You never deserved any of this no matter what you did," she posted.
"You may not have been the most perfect person to some people but to me you were everything, I looked up to you, not in some things but you were honestly my hero, I will always love you even if you're not here & I will always stand up for you no matter what."
In another post, she wrote: "Its sad that when you're gone you see who cares about you. I know that if you had all this support a few weeks ago you might of still been here today."
Ms Bremer is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170 centimetres tall, with a medium build, dark brown hair with red highlights, and a stud-piercing below her lower-right lip.
She is believed to have been driving a 2002 white Toyota Camry with Queensland plates 287-VGN leading up to her death.
