I have always enjoyed watching the Olympic Games on TV. One of my first memories of watching the Olympics was when I was 11 years old, standing on a chair in my school library with my classmates watching one of the most historic Olympic swimming events at the 1996 Atlanta Games – a 22-year-old Kieren Perkins winning the 1500m freestyle from lane 8.
