A black lunchbox was stolen from the back of a utility parked outside the Parkes Hotel in Welcome Street overnight on Monday.

The lunchbox contained various cards which would be of no value to anyone other than the owner.

Also overnight on Monday offenders entered two unlocked vehicles in Oswin Street.
A wallet and cash and a number of keys were stolen.

Between 1am and 6.30am on Monday offenders stole four HID lights from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a Webb Street residential premises.
The lights are valued at $175.
Anyone who may have seen the lights or been offered the lights for sale is asked to contact Parkes Police.

Between 11.30am Sunday and 11am Monday offenders gained entry to a vehicle parked in Danilenko Street, Parkes.
It seems nothing was stolen, and with no signs of forced entry it appears the vehicle was left unlocked.

Police remind all residents to lock their vehicles and never leave valuables inside.
These incidents are opportunistic and thieves will target unlocked vehicles and vehicles where they can see something inside.

Stolen motorbike
Police are investigating the theft of a white BMW G450X motorbike on Monday.
The bike was parked and secured at a residential address in Callaghan Street from 7am to 7.30pm.
The bike was stolen via unknown means.
