It's little wonder Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg seem so chummy. Modi is one of the world's most social media-savvy politicians and Facebook allows him to communicate directly with a vast throng of voters. His Facebook page has more than 30 million likes. India already has 135 million users and that is forecast to top 200 million by 2017, easily surpassing America's 157 million Facebook users on the way. With no access to China where the internet is strictly monitored, India will be crucial to Facebook's future.
