Burns has been in fantastic form this season which saw him break into the Parkes Spacemen first grade squad in July and maintained his spot ever since.
He toured New Zealand with the NSW Country Under 18s after starring for the Western Rams Under 18s at the Country Championships.
Burns is also a member of the Parkes Spacemen Under 18s side which finished fourth this season.
It was his last year as a junior Spacemen as Burns will be joining Penrith Panthers after agreeing terms with the NRL club in June.
He has been kept busy throughout the season, representing Under 17s Western Academy, Newcastle Development Squad, Southern Country Catholic side, Group 11 Under 18s, as well as the Rams and Country 18s.
Burns was a major factor in Red Bend Catholic College’s runner-up finish in the Combined Catholic Colleges competition.
By the time the season ends, Burns will have played more than 60 matches.
