The program will run over a period of six half day Sundays, consisting of a clinic/stations during the morning and finishing in the afternoon with a competition.
Dates which have been selected are May 31, June 21, July 26, August 9, September 6 and September 27.
These dates have been selected to work in conjunction with the current junior program of the Lachlan Valley District Golf Association (LVDGA) and Jack Newton Junior Golf (JNJG).
Each of the three participating clubs (Forbes, Parkes and Condobolin) will conduct two JOM days, with the final event on September 27 to be held at Forbes Golf Club in conjunction with the two day JNJG MyGolf Camp.
At the JOM gala days, there will be a clinic in the morning with various stations set up.
Community coaches from the clubs will also be involved in set-up, basic coaching and supervising of the kids.
In the afternoon, the juniors will be split into groups to play the competition which will see the scores accumulated over the program.
Last Sunday, the Parkes Golf Club had a mix-up with the instructors.
However, five children conducted their own junior golf clinic and play a few holes.
Kasey Fay Rice led the juniors and is very quickly becoming a star of the future.
Kasey combined with Lynne Guise recently to win a senior ladies event at the Parkes Golf Club.
Some other good results from last week saw Harry Simpson driving the 6th hole, Liam Baker winning the longest drive on the 2nd, Sam Baker chipping to within two meters on the 2nd and Alex McLean putting really well.
The club look forward to seeing all the juniors and any interested newcomers this Sunday from 9am to 11am.
