Prince Harry's tour of Australia has included some startling insights into the party Royal - his affinity for fellow "rangas", his dislike of selfies and his nifty technique in disentangling himself from amorous clutches, each one captured on film.

Now the Australian Defence Force has released its own version of what Harry did during his four week deployment, including shooting targets, detonating explosives, rallying wounded and flying helicopters.

He flew an Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH) Tiger, met the local indigenous community in the Northern Territory and patrolled with the North-West Mobile Force in Kununurra. He also took on the gruelling Special Air Services Regiment selection course and joined  SASR members in Perth for live fire shooting exercises.

In Sydney, he undertook urban operations training, including remotely detonating an improvised explosive device and repelling from a building. He also flew over Sydney as the co-pilot of a Army Black Hawk and participated in counter-terrorism training on Sydney Harbour with Royal Australian Navy clearance divers.
