FORBES TOURNAMENT
A large contingent of Parkes juniors travelled across to Forbes for their junior open tournament during the holidays and all enjoyed their day full of tennis.
Charlie Strudwick was one of the most successful, winning the 10 and Under girls singles.
Charlie has been working very hard at her lessons as well as junior squad and deserved her success.
Georgia Sideris also had a win in the 12 and Under girls singles.
Mitch Cox partnered Abbey Kennedy and finished Runners-up in the 12 and Under mixed doubles, which they were very pleased with.
NSW PSSA
Good Luck to Tess Woods and Holly McColl as they head to Sydney today to participate in the State Carnival representing Western.
The girls will have a great week away and certainly gain plenty of experience against their city counterparts as well as the other regional teams, Catholic and Independent school teams.
