The brand new Australian Government Mobile Service Centre Golden Wattle has hit the road and is travelling to parts of regional NSW, including Peak Hill (today), Yeoval, Cumnock, and Molong to offer locals easy access to government payments and services.

The Mobile Service Centre will visit:
* Peak Hill on Monday, April 27, from 9.30am to 4pm, located at the bus stop on the corner of Caswell and Dugga Streets
* Yeoval on Tuesday, April 28, from 10am to 4pm, located near the Post Office
* Cumnock on Wednesday, April 29, from 9.30am to 4pm, near Cumnock Park
* Molong on Thursday, April 30, from 9am to 3pm, located adjacent to the Village Green.
The new Mobile Service Centre is a custom-built mid-range rigid truck set up as an office that can reach small regional communities.
On board, staff can help with:
* new claims for a wide range of Centrelink payments
* updating customer information
* confirming customer documents and supporting information
* information on how financial matters may impact on Centrelink payments
* payment and service options to suit individual circumstances
* rural payment entitlements for eligible farmers
* non-cash Medicare transactions
* Medicare registrations
* information on Child Support payment and service options
* specialist support, referrals
* support with and access to self service facilities
* free hearing health checks.
