It was the second time Vision Ministries has put on the popular event, with numbers more than double from last year.
And it is likely to be even bigger and better next year, with increased areas for the kids to find their spoils.
Some 6,000 pieces of yummies were actually found on Saturday and parents later said it was just a fantastic event to see so many kids so happy.
