An elderly man, who was seriously injured on Monday when a tree branch fell on him while he was on his tractor, was still in a critical condition on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Jeremadra, near Batemans Bay, at 11.20am on Monday to find the man still trapped with arm and shoulder injuries.
There were four paramedics on the scene, and NSW emergency services and police finally freed the man more than an hour later at 12.55pm.
The Snowy Hydro South Care helicopter had also been called to assist, and airlifted him to Canberra Hospital.
Emergency services said the man had serious injuries to his arms and shoulders.
A Workcover NSW spokesman said the Spring Water Place accident occurred on a hobby farm.
The spokesman said the authority would not investigate the incident, as it occurred on a hobby farm, rather than a commercial operation.
