“It’s never an easy decision, with so many wonderful entries,” he said.
“Everyone did an amazing job and I want to thank every student who took the time to colour in,” Mr Grant said.
Parkes Public student, Kyah Turnbull finished second, and another student from the school, Tarran Cronin was Highly Commended.
Mr Grant uses the designs for the Christmas cards he sends out.
The winners and Highly Commended entries were as follows:
1st place went to Angus Woldhuis from Geurie Public School
2nd place - Kyah Turnball from Parkes Public School.
3rd place - Fabian Hill from Mudgee Public School
