Hank Paul is a relative (and that is the key word) newcomer to our town, but has really embraced life here. Hank is actually related to us (son of a niece) and decided to head out on his own after graduating from high school in Canberra. He is now very much part of the furniture, having helped us out here at the Champion Post with photography, working locally with Parkes Stationery, involved with his church - and lately, securing a part in the M and D production of Hairspray. You may have also noticed him as the ‘old man’ (pictured above) doing a fantastic job in narrating the nativity scene at the Carols by Candelight last Sunday. He certainly showed what a talent he is. Welcome Hank!

It’s been a week from hell!  The horrific events of Martin Place in Sydney and then in Pakistan - so many lives lost in such a violent manner.
