CanAssist is again conducting its wonderful Christmas raffle, this year worth about $10,000. Many local businesses have donated towards the hamper, including a ride on mower and $4,000 worth of vouchers. “Businesses have been very generous and the winner will certainly have a terrific Christmas,” CanAssist member, Steve Mitchell said. Local residents are encouraged to buy tickets in the raffle at Big W.
