Goodman Group extends its footprint in Japan

Goodman Group and the Goodman Japan Development Partnership has extended its footprint in Japan, with the launch of the Goodman Business Park Chiba on Thursday, with a 25 per cent pre-lease over the first stage. The multi-stage project will have an end value in excess of $US1 billion across multiple buildings. Paul McGarry, chief executive of Goodman Japan, said the positive momentum under way in the lead up to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics has created both opportunities and challenges for his customers in Japan.
