The man was stopped in Ken Payne Crescent late Wednesday night after earlier coming under police notice whilst speeding in Clarinda Street.
According to police, the offending motorist continued driving at an excessive speed to the Newell Highway before he was eventually pulled over.
After refusing a breath test, the motorist was arrested and transported to the Parkes Police Station where he then undertook a breath analysis which produced the mid range reading of 0.107.
As a result, his licence was immediately suspended, then charged with mid range PCA and issued a Field Court Attendance Notice (CAN).
