The Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer has leaked online, nearly a week before it was due to first air in the US.
It reunites the old gang of Scarlett Johanassen as Black Widow, Robert Downey Jnr as Iron man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Chris Evans as Captain America and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.
The trailer was screened at Comic-Con events in New York and San Diego, and The Avengers Facebook page yesterday (Australian time) announced the trailer would air during Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D show on ABC in the US on Tuesday.
But by mid-Thursday morning the trailer was all over the internet, although the source of the original leak is unknown.
It shows super-villain Ultron wreaking havoc on city streets, telling the heroes they are all "puppets tangled in strings". Ultron is made particularly creepy thanks to a haunting track of what sounds like Pinocchio's I've Got No Strings.
"It's the end. The end of the path I started us on," says Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, in surprisingly casual attire compared to his characteristic designer threads.
And in typical Hollywood-blockbuster style, Black Widow gets to deliver the line: "Nothing lasts forever."
As fans have come to expect for Marvel's superhero movies, it looks epic - explosions, destruction and hand-to-hand combat between the Hulk and Iron Man*.
At first Marvel Entertainment acknowledged the leak on Twitter, posting "Dammit, Hydra," a reference to the fictional terrorist organisation from the Marvel comic books.
Then at about 12.20pm AEST it admitted defeat and tweeted the trailer themselves.

The second Avengers movie will introduce two new characters; Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver and Elizabeth Olsen, younger sister of twin child stars Mary-Kate and Ashley, as the Scarlet Witch.
Taylor-Johnson appeared in Nowhere Boy playing John Lennon and in Kick-Ass and Kick-Ass 2.
*Correction: Original story said Hulk was fighting Ultron.
