Greens moves to head off jihad

Home-grown terrorism represents a greater threat to Australia than returning jihadist fighters, according to Greens leader Christine Milne, who has proposed the creation of a dedicated national body designed to strengthen social cohesion and dissuade young Muslims from succumbing to radical ideas.
