Sensei Darren instructs Little Samurai classes at Parkes Gym & Fitness every Tuesday afternoon at 5:30pm for an hour.
Little Samurai classes focus on encouraging the physical and personal development of students.
The classes are based on the fundamental principles, while building on self-confidence, social interaction and self-discipline.
They are great for fitness, balance and co-ordination.
New students are always welcome and can go and see Darren on Tuesdays.
