Best of the games was Transtank who had a close tussle with Massive Shunts.
Massive Shunts won when Paul Moody made an excellent intercept.
Paul showed great acceleration, defying his advancing years.
Loopy Lopers took on Bloods Thicker.
The loopy loping was not enough to overcome the thick blood.
A highlight of the match was Steve McGrath showing skills from last century as he dummied and scored.
The Sherbets came up against the very strong Hot Steppers.
Steppers walked away with the win.
This game was notable for effective defence from both teams.
The 181Ds could not arrest the play of Bad Intentions.
They have been refused permission to take tasers on to the field.
The Parkes Hotel Hodors went down to Touch n Go in a good scoring and close encounter.
A real positive from the game was that both teams made good use of their female players.
No Eye Deer have cracked it into the winner’s column with a strong performance against NFR.
Marcia Scally is still working hard for NFR, confirming that she is still only 24.
In the final match of the night, CRM Commandos had a convincing win over Middle of the Hill.
Of special note was that the majority of tries in the match were scored by girls.
Christie Baker found the right try-line this week.
