It is the scene of their 2013 premiership win after they upstaged Dubbo CYMS 30-18 in last year’s decider.
Like last year, the Spacemen head into Sunday’s grand finals as underdogs and captain-coach Pat Rosser believes it is a fair assesment.
“CYMS have been the best team all season,” Rosser said.
“They thoroughly deserve to be favourites.
“I am sure they will be fresh and raring to go after a week off.
“They will definitely come out hard,” he said.
While not favourites to win, Rosser is adamant his side are in with a chance.
“We are going into Sunday’s match enjoying the occassion,” Rosser added.
“The boys have done the hard work to get to the grand final and deserve a lot of credit for that.
“We are fine tuning our game and enjoying the build up.
“That’s what this week has been about,” he said.
The Spacemen are yet to beat CYMS this year after they suffered both home and away defeats in the regular season.
However, they have gelled at the right time of the season, seeing them win the three finals matches on their way to Sunday’s grand final.
Rosser is confident his side has the skill and game plan to pull off another memorable upset win.
“Playing do or die footy for the past three weeks has us in good stead for Sunday,” Rosser said.
“The boys have the toughness required to win these matches and if we can put in a complete 80 minute performance we are a good chance.
“The job is only half done at the moment and we won’t be pleased with anything short of another premiership.
“Last time we played CYMS, we were good for the first 20 minutes.
“We didn’t continue that throughout the match and they hurt us.
“You can’t afford to give a dangerous team like CYMS any extra ball.
“We will have to step up on Sunday and out enthuse them and be more desperate for the win.
“If we can do that, we are a real good chance of claiming another title,” he said.
