The game drew a large crowd to Cale Park in Narromine as both teams were played for pride.
Parkes opened the scoring with a penalty goal to Tim Lawler from a scrum penalty for 3-0.
Rugby stalwart, Colts co-coach and club legend Tony Byrne ran on for the team, much to the delight of his Colts team that had taken victory the game prior.
Playing in the centres, Tony showed the crowd that rugby can be played at any age if the player keeps fit and healthy.
Allan Gersbach ran on to play No 8 lock and together, the two hardened warriors turned the team around.
Dennis Webb worked hard through the forwards, leading by example and putting on big hits to force Narromine into handling errors.
Marty Rathbone always enjoys a physical game and this was the perfect match for his style of play.
Marika Korovoi weaved some magic when he intercepted a loose ball and streaked away 30 metres to give Parkes an eight point lead at half-time.
Tim Barber, one of the smallest hookers in the competition, pushed through the opposition to score near the posts with Tim Lawler having no trouble adding the extras for 15-0.
The Boars defence worked hard throughout the match to keep the home side scoreless and secure a jubilant win.
Coach Gersbach awarded the whole team one Best and Fairest point in recognition of their tenacity and drive.
The Boars second grade team will now regroup for the 2015 season.
