In 1954, the Spacemen were captain-coached by the great Peter Bracken and won all three grades.
In 1984, they won First and Reserve grades and were coached by the legendary Ted Goodwin and Laurie Wakefield respectively.
First Grade defeated Dubbo Westside in the grand final while the Reserves defeated Wellington Cowboys to go through the season undefeated.
Any former players, coaches, committee members, ball boys, trainers, strappers, canteen ladies or family and friends are all welcome to celebrate the fantastic feat from 30 and 60 years ago.
The reunion will kick-off with drinks at 6pm on Friday, August 1, at the Railway Hotel.
An afternoon of bowls is planned for the Saturday afternoon at the Parkes Bowling Club.
Names need to be in by 12.30pm for a 1pm start.
Cost is $10 per person.
The reunion will continue with a two-course dinner at the Parkes Leagues Club at 6pm later that evening.
The dinner will be highlighted by guest speakers from both eras and an auction of the special playing guernseys to be worn by the Spacemen the next day.
The jumpers are being supplied by Parkes leagues Club and SCU for the one-off occasion.
The guernseys will be auctioned off on the Saturday night, worn by the Spacemen on the Sunday and then distributed to the winning bidders after the match.
People interested in attending the dinner need to RSVP by 5pm this afternoon for catering purposes.
The Spacemen do battle against Dubbo Westside with the juniors kicking-off the action at Pioneer Oval from 11am.
After the completion of the First grade game, the reunion will continue back at the Leagues Club to celebrate a great weekend of reminiscing and hopefully a Spacemen win.
