The man appeared in Parkes Local Court last Friday for a different matter which was dismissed when important witnesses failed to appear before the court.
It is alleged the man contacted a number of witnesses, forcing them not to appear in court with fears for their safety.

Unknown persons have caused malicious damage to a Colourbond fence in Close Street.
The persons appear to have kicked in the fence with no intention to enter the premises.
The resident of the house returned home to find the fence damaged and said the incident could have occurred anytime between 8.15am and 7.30pm on Friday, April 11.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact them on 6862 9977.

A business in Harding Street has had fence panels damaged by an unknown number of people.
Workers at the business noticed the damage had occurred sometime between 3.10am and 3.30am.
Police investigations are continuing.

A 13 year old boy was allegedly assaulted outside his High Street house at 3.15pm last Friday.
The alleged victim and a number of witnesses reported the incident after an altercation on the front lawn of the residence.

Police arrested and charged a 30 year old Parkes man last Friday after it is alleged he threw a pot plant at a teenage victim.
The man was charged with domestic violence related issues and was bailed to appear in Parkes Local Court on May 5.
