The Parkes Rotary Club’s second annual Good Neighbour Awards have been held, and 18 local people were recognised for being a wonderful neighbour.

A special luncheon was held at the Parkes Neighbourhood Centre for the nominees and nominators, to present certificates to the worthy recipients.
The presentations were made by Rotary president, Peter Woods.
