This was a close game with only one shot separating these teams.

Anne Wright, Hilda McPherson def Dee Melville, Helen Heraghty. Beryl Watts, Ellie Hetherington def Margaret Morrison, Shirley Hunter. Beryl was certainly the star of this match, with her bowls constantly in the final count.

Nominations are now open for the Club Fours and will close Tuesday 16th February.

Players please note that entries for the District Fours and Pairs close tomorrow 9th February.

Tomorrow we will be playing Social Bowls, combined with Pennant Practice.

It would be nice to see both teams fully represented, we

all need to practise as a team. Our monthly Trading Table will be held on February 23, followed by a General Meeting at 2pm.

If you are interested in learning to play bowls, we have a group who get together every Wednesday morning (all beginners) between 8am and 10am, the Club also has spare bowls. Arrive and depart at a time suitable to yourself.
