TEAM ROSS RACING
Parkes riders Joshua, Brandon and Jordan Ross and Jackson Davison headed to Maitland for the final round in the prestigious cup series.
These local boys have really stepped up their racing this year forgoing alot of local interclub meetings to test their riding ability against the best riders across the state and did extremely well.
BRANDON ROSS
Made the top three, achieving a tremendous result.
Riding in two classes, Brandon found himself sharing the podium with the Australian titleholder: Luke Clout – 1st place, Dale Fear – 2nd place and Brandon Ross – 3rd overall for the days racing and placed 5th overall for the series, as he missed two meetings, which dropped his overall pointscore dramatically. An awesome result finding a well-earned spot on the podium.
Brandon also rode in the JNR-125cc class placing 6th on the day missing out by one point for a podium position.
JOSHUA ROSS
Being the senior rider in the team, Josh competed in the Clubman Lites class. He placed 9th overall for the day, racing extremely well throughout the six-race MX-Cup series.
Missing only one round in Canberra. Fantastic effort.
JORDAN ROSS
Youngest member of the team. He also had a successful racing result, earning himself a fourth overall for the day, with some tough racing involved, and also a spot on the podium, with the Australian Junior title holder Elias Dukes, this class had some very tight racing throughout the series.
JACKSON DAVISON
Another talented young rider also participated in the MX-Cup series. Jackson rode in two classes, placing 6th overall for the day missing out by one point for a spot on the podium. But he didn’t miss out with a fifth place overall for the series in the 65cc class. Jackson also rode in the 85cc class, placing 12th overall for the day.
