Quotarians warmly applauded the installation of President Robyn Morrissey to the top spot after taking over from retiring president Kath Whitchurch.

Also installed were the following Board members:

* Katrina Jay – Treasurer.

* Jenny Harris – Assistant Treasurer.

* Judy Chambers – Minute Secretary.

* Lynn Rogers – Correspondence Secretary.

* Margaret Byrne (Director).

* Bev Laing (Director).

* Miriam Luyt (Director).

* Sheila Rogers (Director).

* Carolyn Rice (Public Officer).

Following her installation as president, Robyn spoke of the tireless work and outstanding achievements of 2008/09 under the direction of then president Kath Whitchurch.

Robyn used her artistic skills in presenting each Board member with a personally created cartoon which outlined recommended tasks to be undertaken in their new roles.

Bringing much laughter, a special highlight of the cartoon drawings were Robyn’s insightful observations, showing talents and skills individual Board members could possibly bring to their role.

Clutching their cartoons, Board members expressed excitement in looking forward to the coming 12 months of Quota friendship, fellowship and undertakings.
