Young Australians aged 16-23 can apply to crew Young Endeavour for 11-day voyages departing between July and December. No previous sailing experience is required.

A voyage on Young Endeavour is a challenging adventure at sea, and a unique opportunity for youth to develop teamwork and leadership skills with a world-recognised organisation.
