Top chef, Mirko Grillini will be holding an Italian cooking class on Saturday, 21st and Sunday, 22nd November - in ther kitchens at Peak Hill Central School.

Cost, which has been subsidised by a cultural grant from Parkes Shire Council is $205 per person (reduced from $220).

This includes all ingredients, tasting your cooking and taking some home!

And there are prizes to be won as well.

Only a few places are staill available for the course.

Participants who have already paid a deposit are asked to pay the balance before Friday, 14th November, 2009 at Peak Hill Central School.
